We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from k5.in.net. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 2 days of delivery for a full refund.
Returns Process:
1. Contact us at returns@k5.in.net within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate a return. Include your order number in the email.
2. You must return the item(s) unused, unwashed, unworn with all original tags and packaging intact.
3. Once we receive the returned item(s) back at our warehouse in their original condition, we will process a full refund to the original payment method.
4. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.
Please note that personalized or made-to-order items are non-refundable. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
